SLC have been in touch to say that the carpark was just an idea and there are currently NO plans to build a car park on this site.

SLC have revealed their intention to build a new car park on the grass behind the Priory Ruins to alleviate the expected parking problems when the flats in the old Craignethan Hotel are completed. This car park would be accessed from Lang Dykeside.

LCC would welcome your opinion on this item so that we can reply to this proposal.
