At long last we have some news!   Eatonfield, a Welsh-based property development company have confirmed that they've signed contracts to purchase Birkwood Estate, with the sale probably being completed around end May.  We believe Eatonfield are in partnership with Auchlochan Trust.

Even more promising is their commitment to take immediate action to fix the dampness in Birkwood House, a situation for which Lanarkshire NHS should be strongly taken to task.

Plans are not yet finalised and Eatonfield have promised to consult with us fully.  Watch this space!
